Shikito donates school uniform to underprivileged children

The youngest Rhumba artist in Botswana, Shikito (real name Theo Chakabuya) has recently donated school uniforms to his classmates from his own account. He bought school shoes, school socks and school bags to two of his needy classmates at his new school, Ketshwerebothata Primary School in Ramotswa. His mother, Bonno Chakabuya said that Shikito has always been a compassionate child. “We have never discouraged him from his mission. He would sometimes take money from the house without asking and buy pencils for the whole class.

Two Nigerian super stars to rock Gabz

Two prominent Nigerian musicians, Wizkid (born Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun) and Tekno (real name Augustine Miles Kelechi) will rock Gaborone in separate shows before the festive period. Wizkid is billed to perform here on December 2 at the Diamond City concert to be held at the University of Botswana stadium. He will perform alongside other celebrated artists such as Ringo Madlingozi and others.

Zee-nice drops second single

Tumelo Sekale, who goes by the stage name Zee nice in music, has dropped his second single titled Knock Knock. The song features Nicey Boy, Zolasko and Samurai Ngingo on guitar. The house-kwasa artist is working under the watchful eye of maverick producer, Zolasko, who produced the hit song Tlhomela by Mlesho. He has also produced hits for the likes of Franco, Slizer and Vee among others.

Acapella marvel Joe T launches album

Gospel singer Joe Tshukudu, who goes by the stage name Joe T, will launch his debut album at Mantlwaneng theatre at Westwood International School on Saturday evening. The four-hour concert, complete with a band, will feature Chris Wills, Johnson Phefo and Fuego.

Jojo’s platinum sales initiative in motion
